Fascinating cat-and-mouse game between a convicted murderess and the one green-behind-the-ears attorney who might be her salvation from the noose. Based on the true story of gruesome Victorian murder case, Unseeing chronicles the story of Sarah Gale who might be innocent, might be a murderess, might be a liar, or might be something new entirely.

When the body of Hannah Brown is found by several people in several pieces, the finger is quickly pointed at her fiance and his mistress. Sarah Gale who offers no defence at her trial for the murder or the dismemberment. The Victorian jury is unmerciful and sentences her to hang until dead.

Uncomfortable with the execution of a woman, the law charges young lawyer, Edmund Fleetwood, to investigate her petition for mercy. Naive young Fleetwood is drawn deeper and deeper into Gale's story and may no longer be able to determine fact from fiction.
