It's not fair how Alex... How do I say this without spoiling it... It's not fair how Alex has this problem with an injury in the end which hinders him from doing almost everything, including drawing and spell casting. The problem is, it's permanent.
There is no way I'm going to fully like this series when Alex is hurt and 'damaged' in the end. Alex deserves a good life, and he shouldn't be deprived of the things he loves.
It hurts inside when you are a real reader who feels the characters' pain.

I hate that in most of her books they make Alex WEAK!!!!!!!!!! There is only one book where he is strong. Alex is really strong but now okay he can't cast spells anymore. Nothing happened to him just some times ultra weak. Lisa McMan please make Alex strong again This is 4 and a half because Alex should be strong again. A gain MAKE HIM STRONG AND ALEX's Brother sucks never helps at times of need.

This is one of my ever favourite books! The plot is so interesting, and it's amazing that (SPOILER ALERT) the Japanese scientists were able to turn Aaron into a good person. Hopefully they and Kaylee can make it back to their home :)

By far, one of the best books I've ever read, and of all the books I've read, that's saying something. I love how the author included all different types of genres, like romance, fantasy, non-fiction, (Spoiler: The Dragon's Triangle,) and much more. There's been so many battles between Artimè and other islands, but this one went to the biggest climax ever. So many people are lost, a choice the author made that I hate and love, making you really feel with the characters, and easier to visualize, as if you were in the scene. Something I had thought about while I was reading, is that if this turned into a movie, I would pretty much die. Well, watch the movie, and then die. This series has been my absolute favourite, and I have to give credit to my friend for showing me the first book. There's also so many things that connect together, and the finale, the last chapter makes it feel like, 'Whoosh' and then the book is over. I'm really excited for the new series as well, as the new set of twins join together with Seth to venture what's out with them. Who knows, maybe they'll even find a way out of (Spoiler!!!) the Dragon's Triangle! Can't wait, and the best ending I've ever read.

This is the last book of the series, and it finishes the story EXTREMELY well. The existence of the mysterious magical world of seven islands is finally explained in full detail. There are SO many satisfying moments in this last book, especially during the final battle, which starts a little past the halfway point, allowing for lots of exhilarating and creative fighting! Characters are developed, some individually, some in relationships (and there are some hints to attraction that would make some people squee with delight. I know I did). The ending does raise some questions, but it is a good segway into the new upcoming Unwanteds series. But I must warn you: there are some VERY sad moments if you've bonded with these characters since book one. Highly entertaining read which managed to play with my emotions. A spectacular finale!

THE ENDING. This was one of the best books in the series by far. I am so exited for the new series. You finally get to learn about a lot of the stuff that has not been said during the rest of the series and learn lot's of things that make the books even better!
