Written with a movie in mind no doubt, exotic locales do not make up for the lack of a cohesive plot.

Disappointing, not one of his best!

Not a bad book, pretty entertaining, but compared to previous ones in the series by Berenson this one felt like a "John Wells light"

This has got to be Berensons weakest book. It is predictable ho-hum action with poor character development...unlike his earlier books. Hopefully he will return to his earlier style, and perhaps allow the Wells character to be replaced.

Long time Berenson-Wells fan. This one is a quick read, interesting, keeps you looking around the corner. Shafer and Vinny reminds me of a prior life in NYC.

Taut, fast paced. Unlike the prequel, this one is not a travelogue but instead weaves together tight action and interesting twists and turns. Of course, the door is left open at the end for John Wells Book #11.....
