Warning: this book deals with the mature subjects of suicide and drinking. Summer is your typical troubled kid. Been kicked out of a number of schools for drinking and drugs and is now moved in with her mom in Paris working to finish high school. In Paris she is torn between two guys, one of whom encourages her to embrace life, while the other - dark, dangerous, and attractive - urges her to embrace her fatal flaws. Who will she choose?
Really liked this book. First 150 pages were a little slow but it was built up to a big plot twist that I didn't see coming, but made for a great story! The back half of the book was definitely a much faster pace and more interesting. I almost didn't finish because of the slow beginning but I kept reading and I'm glad I did. Rating 3.5 out of 5 stars.
