A whole book about a topic I have seen sufficiently covered in a few pages in other books. I don't buy the idea that what this book espouses constitutes a proper/full philosophy to work off. This more like a deep dive into one idea that is good to understand, and simple- worth reading if you like this kind of thing.

The book is easy to read and provides a framework for a simple action-plan to get you started on your goals. It explains how small simple habits repeated consistently over time will lead to success, as you define it for yourself. Or simple errors in judgement repeated over time will break you.

Some of my favourite quotes from the book:

" A surefire way to be forced to live as a prisoner of your past is not to complete things."

"It's the last 20 percent of the time we invest in a discipline that all the rewards come."

" When you take shortcuts, they expose you."

"Do the thing and have the power."

Highly recommended read. It's the day to day things that go unnoticed which add up over time to get you where you want to go.
