This was the first book I've read by this author. I read it to the end because I hadn't brought another book with me on my short holiday. I found it predictable, but an easy and very fast read.
Enjoy Debbie Macomber books . They are a relaxing read ...excellent for bedtime ....Love how she deals with everyday issues and emotions ...now reading "A girls guide to moving on" & looking forward to "If not for you" ....yes they stand…

Thoroughly enjoyed this book. Read it in a couple of days. Looking forward to reading the other two in this "series" even though they're called "stand alone novels"!

Not the best of her books by a long shot. The preteen daughter was annoying, which I have never found in one of Macolmber's books before this. Still a good read that is easy and enjoyable that touches on issues that are real and traumatic…
