A good read even though it is a bit long winded, especially when chatty family type conversations between characters take place. I liked the parts of the story where the outdoors were being described. While it appears that the story is…

CJ Box does a excellent job writing about how hard it is to foster a abused child. April his foster daughter is a hand full, and makes some poor choices. Joe is busy on several fronts as usual, but makes April his top priority. It's a…

I love the Joe Pickett series. I whipped through these books so fast because I can't wait to read what comes next. I was hooked from the first book on.

As usual with Box's Joe Pickett series, "Endangered" is a very good read and captures well the Wyoming setting. However, in this book, as in other Joe Pickett novels of recent vintage, the background anti-federal-government stuff is…

I waited 5 months for this book. I see myself as a C.J. Box fan but I am disappointed about the story overall. For starters the author seems to be taking his try at going after the evil FBI for openers. Can't you find someone else to blame…

Good book, but far too predictable. Ending seemed 6o sort of fall apart, as though the author just wanted to get it over with. Not his best.
