This is a 45-55 minute floor session, accessible for all levels (including beginners). We will focus on dropping into our physical bodies with more presence and awareness. We will incorporate yoga, somatic movement, and breathwork to help us explore our own natural sensations, rhythms, and cycles in order to grow our self-knowledge and empowerment.
While participating in any physical activity sponsored by The Library, patrons do so at their own risk.
