Events › Deaf History Month: Learn ASL Basics

To help celebrate Deaf History Month, join us at the library to learn ASL basics. We will learn the asl alphabet, numbers, and a few other basic signs to open communication with the deaf community. This class is intended for beginners in ASL, and is very introductory to the language. All ages are welcome, but attendees under the age of 14 must be accompanied and helped by an adult.
