Description

Once created to enhance less-than-fresh foods, sauces today can be flavorful, healthy, and easy to make. The class will explore five basic types of sauce – yogurt based, pepper based, herb based, tahini, and pesto. (This program is being repeated on March 26. Please do not sign up for both programs.)

Presenter: Jessica Romeo, MHHS, RDN, LD, Community Health Educator, Mercy Health. Community Health Events programming is supported by the Mercy Health Foundation of the Mahoning Valley.

Please note that only one registration per person is permitted. If you need to register a second person, you may use the same email but the registration MUST be in their own name. Registrations under duplicate names will be canceled. After registering, please check your email for more important information about Culinary Literacy Center policies.
