Events › FCC Technician Amateur Radio License Class

Join us for a two-part beginner-friendly class designed to help you prepare for your license exam. Over two consecutive Saturdays, participants will learn the basics of radio communication, how amateur radio is used in emergencies and community events, and what you need to know to pass the entry-level FCC Technician test. No prior experience is required, just curiosity and a willingness to learn! At the end of the 2nd session, an official license exam will be offered. The exam session is open to the public; you do not need to attend the class to take the test. Perfect for adults and teens interested in communication, emergency preparedness, STEM activities, or exploring a unique and rewarding hobby.
