Our biweekly walks are all about enjoying nature, moving our bodies, and supporting each other through the power of shared positivity and social connection. Lace up your walking shoes, bring your best self, and let's take some steps toward wellness!
What to Expect:
When: Every other week (weather permitting)
Where: We will meet in the Ford Nature Center parking lot in Mill Creek Park
Duration: About an hour of walking at a comfortable pace on a relatively level, paved path
What to Bring:
A good pair of walking shoes
Something to drink
Items for the elements (jacket, raincoat, hat, sunglasses, etc)
