You deserve to put yourself first once in a while!  The first day of the month (or close enough) is Chair Yoga Day!

Chair yoga is for anyone who would like to enjoy the benefits of yoga and may (or may not) have mobility limitations. We will watch a video of simple exercises while seated. 

While participating in any physical activity sponsored by The Library, patrons do so at their own risk. Library patrons assume responsibility for their own health and well-being when taking The Library’s classes or participating in Library events. The Library does not assume any liability in providing classes or sponsoring events that involve physical activity. By agreeing to participate in a Library sponsored activity or class, the Library patron waives all claims against the Library, its employees and representatives.
