Yoga instructor, Kathleen, will lead participants through an hour of gentle movements, guided meditation, and relaxation techniques. Kathleen will offer modifications with the help of a chair if needed. All levels, including beginner yoga students, will enjoy this knowledge-based class. Participants should bring a mat and a small blanket or a small pillow.
