Stepping Out with Healthy Cooking - National Barley Month

1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Main

Description

Hearty barley often brings to mind cold winter months and robust soups, but this nutritious and versatile whole grain deserves a place on the table year-round. High in fiber and rich in flavor, barley can be used in place of rice, potatoes, or other starches. Learn about the benefits of whole grains and prepare an easy, barley-forward dish.

Please bring a container to take home possible leftovers. This program is being repeated on February 26th. Please do not sign up for both programs.
