Description
Our primary book for Storytime will be "The Undefeated," a powerful 2019 poem by Kwame Alexander, beautifully illustrated by Kadir Nelson. This inspiring, Caldecott Medal-winning book pays tribute to the resilience and achievements of Black Americans throughout history. To deepen our celebration, we will also engage children in a creative craft activity honoring many renowned figures from Black history.
