We are kicking off National Gardening Month by launching our new Garden to Table series. Each program highlights a homegrown ingredient, where we will discuss how to grow it and then turn it into a delicious dish. The featured item will vary based on what’s in season. If you have allergies or special dietary considerations, please email aspencer@libraryvisit.org one week before the program.
Please bring a container for possible leftovers.
Only one registration per person is permitted. If you need to register a second person, you may use the same email but the registration MUST be in their own name. Registrations under duplicate names will be canceled. After registering, please check your email for more important information about Culinary Literacy Center policies.

Skill Level: Beginner
Waiver: Required. You will be given a liability waiver to sign before the start of class.
