Chair yoga can be practiced by anyone who would like to enjoy the benefits of yoga and may (or may not) have mobility limitations. We will watch videos of simple exercises while seated. Please bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothing.
While participating in any physical activity sponsored by The Library, patrons do so at their own risk.
