NAMA-Stay for Chair Yoga!

Description

Head over to the Poland Library for your latest read, and then stay for Chair Yoga. Chair yoga can be practiced by anyone who would like to enjoy the benefits of yoga, and may (or may not) have mobility limitations. In each session, we will go through simple yoga poses together, while watching a tutorial. Some sessions may also include chair exercise or chair yoga dance components. Among the benefits of chair yoga are increased strength and flexibility. Bring along a bottle of water and comfortable clothing allowing range of movement. We'll save a seat for you! NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED. Please note that Chair Yoga will take place on the SECOND and FOURTH Mondays of August, September, and October.
