Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance

This class is led by Mallory Wiand from Direction Home.  This is a research based, balance training class designed for older adults who are at risk of falling and for people with balance disorders.  Improve your strength, balance, and mobility.

While participating in any physical activity sponsored by The Library, patrons do so at their own risk.
